Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic Vinegar / Glaze

This Balsamic Vinegar has the luscious sweet-tart flavor of ripe blackberries, accented by the tangy but gentle spiciness of fresh ginger. It is excellent as a dressing or marinade. It goes perfectly with our California Picual single varietal olive oil or for more fun dish combine it with any of our flavored olive oil. Ideal for drizzling over any type of dessert. Add it to any salad with a drizzle of olive oil for a delicious and simple dressing. This makes it ideal for marinating red meats as well as finishing chicken and pork.

NOTE: Our balsamic vinegar is reduction balsamic vinegar, also known as balsamic glaze, from Modena, Italy, and is made with wine vinegar and grape must (crushed Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes).
